The S45 Series presents a versatile family of miniature photo-electric sensors, engineered for tight-space installations, versatile optical modes, and industrial robustness. With models spanning from diffuse proximity (~800 mm), background suppression (~400 mm), polarized retro-reflective (7 m LED / 15 m Laser) and through-beam (15 m LED / 20 m Laser) in a compact body, the series offers exceptional flexibility, compact design, and robust functionality.

Design & Functionality

  • The housing is extremely compact (12 Γ— 34 Γ— 20 mm) enabling installation in very confined machine frames, conveyor side-tags or automation modules.
  • Optical mode variants include:
    β€’ Diffuse-proximity models with nominal sensing distances up to ~800 mm in LED versions.
    β€’ Background suppression models nominal ~400 mm (LED) allowing detection near backgrounds.
