  • The S300 sensors use a robust plastic housing reviewed for IP67 mechanical protection, suitable for outdoor or harsh indoor environments with dust, moisture or vibration. 
  • Optical modes cover:
    β€’ Diffuse-reflection / proximity variants with nominal sensing distances of ~2 m on white targets. 
    β€’ Background suppression (BGS) models for short-range detection near backgrounds. 
    β€’ Retro-reflective and polarized retro-reflective variants reaching ~10 m or more depending on reflector and model. 
    β€’ Through-beam emitter/receiver modes with sensing distances up to ~50 m in some catalogue listings.
